Anxiety and Depression Therapy
for the Hours You're In

Either Your Day Runs Away From You, or It Won't Start

There are two ways a day goes wrong, and you already know which one is yours. Or that it's both.

Maybe your mind runs out ahead of you and stays there, rehearsing the conversation, revising the email, pressing you to get every small thing right.

Or maybe everything has gone flat, and getting out of bed takes effort, and the things you used to care about don't reach you the way they did.

Either way you arrive at the same question. Is this really how I'm going to feel forever?

What You Want Is Closer Than It Feels

You want to feel like you have access to yourself again.

Your energy, your interest, your ability to be present with the people you love: all of it is still yours, sitting just past where you can reach from where you're standing.

That distance is why a decision that should be small feels enormous.

Closing it is the work.

Both Sides of This Are Trying to Help You

Rather than giving you a list of coping skills and sending you on your way, we'll get curious about what's running underneath the day.

I meet people where they are, so we'll start with the day you're actually having.

There's a part of you that rehearses tomorrow so nothing can catch you off guard, and a part of you that gives up on the day before it starts.

Both of them are working hard for you, and neither one knows another way to do it yet. We'll find out what each one actually needs.

Practice Where Your Life Happens

The work begins in the therapy room, but it doesn't stay there.

We'll use body-based strategies for the piece of this that won't answer to reasoning.

You'll also build skills for the moment itself: slowing a reaction before it eats the evening, sitting with a hard feeling without feeding it, saying the true thing without taking it back.

You'll practice all of it in your actual life, notice what changes, and adjust as you grow.

Your Ordinary Days Are Within Reach

A bad day gets to be a bad day and nothing more.

You feel anxious without the whole week bending around it, and sad without disappearing from your own life.

And you'll reach for your own energy one afternoon and find it already there.

That's the kind of afternoon we'll stop and celebrate out loud.

The Reason You Haven't Booked Yet

All of that waits behind one more decision.

Booking is that decision, and decisions are the hardest thing you do right now.

That's a real reason, and I'd answer it this way: it's the last one you have to make by yourself.

Book a consultation, and we'll start closing that distance.

Come Look at It with Me

Somewhere up there was a Wednesday, a bag by the door, or a message you rewrote four times before you sent it. You knew which one was yours.

Growth starts with being willing to look at that again, with somebody in the room who has seen it before and won't flinch.

No pressure. Just a conversation.
